When you take that lovely boneless pork loin out of the slow cooker, you'll just pour the liquid that's in the slow cooker into a saucepan. Then shake together the flour and water to a smooth slurry and stir it into the liquid in the saucepan. Cook and stir until it thickens. And there you have it!
